2026 Butler County Tourism Foundation Grant Application
The purpose of the Butler County Tourism Foundation (BCTF) Grant Program is to enhance the tourism experience by supporting development through a program of historic preservation and education.
The mission of the Butler County Tourism Foundation is to serve the tourism industry through promotion and historic preservation in Butler County, PA, by educating and engaging its partners and the public and supporting community development through a program of historic preservation, community education, professional development, and activity coordination.

In 2025-26, the Butler County Tourism Foundation will award $10,000 in grant monies specifically for projects that enhance the tourism experience through:
- Preservation: Scheduled improvements that benefit tourism and augment the visitor’s experience by preserving or enhancing existing tourist attractions or amenities
- Education: Projects that provide visitors with education or training that will enhance their knowledge on tourism-related sites and historical content
Partners may apply to both grant programs, but cannot apply to both for the same project.
Awards will be given annually on the basis of merit as determined by the BCTF Grant Review Committee and administered by the Board of Directors and the President of EBC. This grant program will work independently, but alongside the current Experience Butler County Grant Program. Partners can apply for both grant programs, but no funds will be awarded from both grant programs for the same project.
