Overview
Come spend an afternoon with literary baker, Heather Sprague of Novel Breads Co. as she teaches participants the essentials about sourdough baking. Participants will get the experience of weighing, mixing and shaping their own sourdough. They will also learn about the wide range of sourdough flavor through sampling of bread. This is a hands on baking and tasting event. Participants must bring own bowl and apron (medium size bowl, 3-4 quart size)
$75 per person
*Each participant will walk away with a freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread, mixed dough for baking another loaf at home, a sourdough starter, bread samples, information handouts and a fun and unique experience!
