Sounds In HARMONY is led by Loredana Reiki RMT of Seva Reiki. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery. Please bring water, yoga mat, blankets and pillows,eye pillows. This event is non-refundable.

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments as you honor the presence of your ancestors. This evening invites you to call in their wisdom, feel their love, and receive their guidance.
To deepen your connection, you are encouraged to bring something that reminds you of your loved ancestors — a photo, an object, or a keepsake to place near you as you rest in the sound. Allow the resonant tones to carry you into a state of reflection, ancestral healing, and rooted belonging, as you open to the mystical energy of Halloween.
