Employee of the Year
An award given to an individual working in the Butler County tourism industry who demonstrates exceptional performance, dedication to customer service, and consistently goes above and beyond to provide a positive visitor experience.
- Nominee must be employed at a partner business of Experience Butler County
- The individual must have worked in the tourism industry in Butler County for at least one (1) year.
- Nomination must come from a supervisor or owner of the business they are employed.
- Nomination must include a narrative of why the nominee is deserving.
Manager of the Year
An award given to a supervisor in the Tourism industry of Butler County that exemplifies excellence in standards, performance and leadership. The ideal candidate leads with a passion for the industry and the public they serve. They are strong partners to the community and go above and beyond their daily responsibilities in striving for success.
- Nominee must be employed at a partner business of Experience Butler County
- The individual must have worked in the tourism industry in Butler County for at least two (2) years.
- Nomination must come from an employee or owner of the business they are employed.
- Nomination must include a narrative of why the nominee is deserving.
