Autumn Sound Bath & Optional Sauna Ritual Experience
This autumn, you’re invited into a space of rooted appreciation and reflection to pause and remember there is wisdom in cycles and seasons. Relax into the beauty of flowers and the vibration of crystal singing bowls, drumming, and flute song for a sound journey into stillness and honoring the season’s invitation of releasing and integration. After the sound bath, immerse yourself in an elemental cycle of heat, cold, and rest with the Sauna Ritual (limited to 6 people). This outdoor experience includes a Finnish inspired cedar sauna, cold tub, open air shower, fire circle, and a ritual infused with our garden grown botanicals, to reclaim your rhythm and reconnect to your inner sanctuary.
