Immersed in an elemental cycle of heat, cold, and rest, you’ll be guided through a ritual that includes the Forest & Flowers outdoor Finnish-inspired cedar sauna, cold plunge and open air shower arranged around an inviting fire circle.

Robes, towels, botanical body wash, and Forest & Flowers salt scrub and löyly aromatherapy blend are provided for a wellness experience grounded in place.

Relax and rehydrate with Forest & Flowers herbal tea, then walk the woodland labyrinth for a meditative close to your visit. Add an opening sound bath or post-sauna lunch for a meaningful experience of well-being and connection.
