German Christmas Market

Historic Harmony welcomes you to our German Christmas Market. The streets of our quaint little village will be transformed into a winter wonderland of vendors, German foods and entertainment. The air will be filled with the chill of winter, the aromatic smells of food, and the sounds of music and laughter.

Kick off the holiday season with Glühwein (mulled wine), horse drawn wagon rides, even a visit with Santa. Holiday shopping will be a breeze thanks to the efforts of local artisans.

Entertainment will be provided by the Alpen Schuhplattlers (a German dance group) who will be performing on the stage in the tent on Saturday 12:30 and 4:30 p.m., and Sunday 12:00 and 3:00 p.m. German singing will be provided by members of the Teutonia Männerchor from the North Side of Pittsburgh on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and 3 p.m. Enjoy local music throughout the town.

From the town square through the tents of the German Market and all through Harmony, food will range from homemade German fare to desserts provided by a local bakeries. Kids of all ages will delight in the soft pretzels, roasted nuts, fudge and even pizza that will be offered for sale by carefully selected vendors.

$10.00 general admission

$5.00 for children under the age of 12

$5.00 for seniors (65 and older)
