Overview

Join us and Flourish Spa, LLC for a blend of Yin Yoga and Sound Bath. This class will sell out.
What to expect:
*Use of a gong and metal/glass bowels to blend for frequency healing
*Guided Yin postures that ease into a guided meditation
*Slow blended movement followed by restorative stillness with the use of props such as bolsters and blankets
What to bring:
Yourself, water and a blanket (or use one of ours)
No prior experience necessary. All levels welcome
